From inventory to shopping

Stop rebuilding the same list every week

A shopping list records what you intend to buy. Kekeda keeps track of what you already have, so shopping can come from your inventory and the levels you set.

Before starting

Clear from the start.

Can I start for free?

Yes. You can create an account without a credit card and start with the Free plan. If you later need more spaces, inventories, or seats, you can upgrade to Plus or Pro.

Do I have to install an app?

You can use Kekeda from your browser, on both mobile and computer. You can also add it to your home screen to always have it handy.

How is the inventory kept up to date?

Add each item once with its quantity and, if you want to restock it, its stock levels. Then you and those with permission record arrivals and departures. Review and confirm the changes; Kekeda updates quantities and keeps the history.

Can I add items by voice?

Yes. Tell us what you want to add or say something like "I've used two eggs" to update quantities. Kekeda prepares a proposal you can review before confirming.

What if I forget to record it?

Kekeda cannot know what has been used unless you record it. Updates highlights empty items, low stock and items worth checking based on configured consumption. Enable the weekly summary in your profile: it is only sent when items need attention.

Where does the shopping list come from?

From recorded quantities and the levels you set for replenishable items. They appear when below the minimum or, if you only set a maximum, when below that maximum. Kekeda suggests how much to buy based on those levels.

Can I choose what each person does?

Yes. You can grant access to consult the inventory, record quantity changes, or edit items. This way, everyone participates with the permissions they need.

Why use Kekeda instead of a spreadsheet?

Kekeda is designed for repeated stock movements, with controls next to each item on your phone. The group checks the same quantities and history, and shopping comes from inventory.

What size of inventory is it for?

Simple inventories for households, groups, associations and small teams: items, quantities and movements. It keeps that workflow small, without warehouse or ERP administration.
